Otoscope / Ophthalmoscope Pocket Diagnostic Set, LED 3.7 V, White in case The Riester E-scope® Otoscope and Ophthalmoscope Pocket Set, LED Illumination blends cutting-edge LED technology with a more environment-friendly energy source. The result is a combination of diagnostic precision and more powerful set of instruments. The Otoscope is used to examine the external auditory canal and the eardrum, while the Ophthalmoscope is used to extensively check the fundus and screen for eye diseases and conditions of the retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels.
The Otoscope features sealing precision optics that pivots to both sides with triple magnification. Speculum receptacle is sturdy, with a hardwearing hygienic metal. Speculum is compatible with other ear specuale from other well-known manufacturers. Fiber optics provide greater focus and guiding of light. Suitable for performance of pneumatic tests.
The Ophthalmoscope also has powerful features. The innovative 3.7V LED illumination together with 2.7V vacuum or halogen illumination delivers higher contrast for a more efficient diagnosis. Its dioptre disc has 18 corrective lenses. It also features an aperture wheel and high performance optics with aspherical condenser lens. It also features spectacle protection, parallel optical path, and dust protection.
The E-scope® Pocket Set, LED Illumination comes with the E-scope® Fiber-Optic 3.7V LED Illumination Otoscope and the E-scope® LED Illumination Ophthalmoscope. It has a "AA" battery handle and comes in a hard case. It includes 10 black reusable ear specula; five 2.5 mm and five 4 mm. The LED illumination offers over 50 hours of burning time.
